故事起缘于汉室日颓，三国鼎立，诸侯自立为王，各据一方。哪家诸侯的幕下谋臣善于运筹帷幄，便拥有扭转颓局、指点江山、逐鹿中原的机遇。于是，杰出的计谋家、军事家纷纷涌现，彼此各出奇谋，斗智斗勇……故事就这样展开了。一个不寻常的夜晚，正在夜观星象的一代智谋家孙智看到诡异之兆，正当他要赶去向主公孙权之汇报时，派来行刺孙智的洪霸（刺客）出现了，就在双方交手之际，天象突变，风云骤变，电光火石间，命运将其俩人安排来到了现代“钟关村（钟甘村）”。变成两只四不象宠物，饲养小春（孙智）的钟家和饲养小霸[丑八怪(也叫:恶霸)][洪霸（刺客）]的关（甘）家开始进行斗智斗勇，演绎出了一个个体现中国传统智慧的故事。
The story begins in ancient times where two empires battles for power and territory. Only a smart cunning person is able to end this battle and hold righteousness.
In an unusual night, Sun Zhi, a nobleman and General predicted of inauspicious sign from the aspect astrology. During his journey in bringing the prediction to the Emperor, he is attacked by an assassin hired by the enemy empire. They battle with such force, which ignited a magnetic power that is out of the ordinary. Both of them were sucked into a black whirlpool of the magnetic power and reincarnated into magical creatures.
